MAYUMI SATO, born Tokyo, Japan, June 11, 1963. Education: Soka University, Tokyo, Japan (Economist 1986), not admitted in Mexico, Professional Thesis “Oil from Mexico”; Universidad Panamericana, Mexico (Postgraduate in Economic and Corporate Law, 1990). LANGUAGES: Japanese and Spanish.
Professional Experience: From 1987 to 1990 worked at the Firm “Galaz, Gomez Morfin, Chavero, Yamazaki, S.C.” (Touche Ross International, Mexico City), as member of the Staff of the Department of Economic Advising for Japanese Clients; from 1990 as of to date she has rendered independent services of translation Japanese-Spanish. From 1994 and for various years Expert Translator Japanese-Spanish authorized by the Superior Court of Justice of the Federal District. From February 27, 1996 as of December 14, 2014 she worked at this Law Firm as Economic Adviser and Translator Japanese-Spanish (Partner). Since the year 2000 and until 2013 she was Expert Translator Japanese-Spanish authorized by the Federal Judicial Council. In November 1, 2018 she joined again this Firm as Partner where she continues her practice as Translator-Interpreter Japanese-Spanish.
