PERLA CORTÉS, born Mexico City, April 23, 1983. Education: Instituto Politecnico Nacional (Environmental Engineer, 2009). LANGUAGES: Spanish and English.

PRACTICE AREAS: Environmental Impact and Risk, polluted sites, coordination of environmental technical-scientific studies. Since 2003 she practices as Environmental Engineer in Mexico, particularly in the area of Environmental Baseline Studies, Environmental Impact Assessments, Polluted Sites, Risk Analysis and Comprehensive Management of Wastes.
