Professional experience: From 1996 to 1998, Head of the Department of Environmental Projects at the National Institute of Ecology; from 1998 to 2008, Deputy Director of Environmental Licenses at the General Directorate of Air Quality Management and Emission and Pollutant Transfer Register, within the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources; from 2008 to 2013, Director of Hazardous Materials and Waste at the General Directorate of Integrated Management of Hazardous Materials and Activities of the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources; from February 2013 to September 2019, Director of Evaluation of the Energy and Industry Sectors at the General Directorate of Environmental Impact and Risk of the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources; since January 2024, he has been serving as Technical-Scientific Advisor for this Office.
